Quick & Easy Chicken Thighs
A great quick & easy go-to dinner idea to feed the whole family!
(Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
9 chicken thighs
½ cup dijon mustard
¼ pure maple syrup
½ Lemon, juiced
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 °F. Spray or line an oven-safe baking dish with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, mix together dijon mustard, maple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
Place chicken thighs in prepared baking dish and pour mixture over to cover all chicken thighs.
Bake in oven for 45-60 minutes or until thighs have reached an internal temperature of 165 °F.
