Apple Nachos

We love this as a satisfying afternoon (or anytime of day!) snack. Try it with green apples!

(Serves: 1)

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple - sliced

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 ½ Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • ½ Tbsp flaked unsweetened coconut

Directions: Place apple slices in a single layer on a plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if using. Drizzle with almond butter then sprinkle on chocolate  chips and coconut.
