Cranberry White Chocolate Energy Balls
You know we love an energy ball recipe so here’s our festive take! Enjoy.
Makes: 15-20 balls
Ingredients:
¾ cup oat flour
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 ½ Tbsp ground flaxseed
¼ cup mini white chocolate chips
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup dried cranberries - chopped
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together the oat flour, coconut, flaxseed, chocolate chips, cinnamon & cranberries.
In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Form into 15-20 balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to a month.
