Cranberry White Chocolate Energy Balls

You know we love an energy ball recipe so here’s our festive take! Enjoy.


Makes: 15-20 balls

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1 ½ Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • ¼ cup mini white chocolate chips

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries - chopped

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, stir together the oat flour, coconut, flaxseed, chocolate chips, cinnamon & cranberries.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Form into 15-20 balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to a month.
